Brad was born and raised in the Austin, TX area. After graduating from Round Rock High School, Brad continued his education, earning a bachelors degree in Fine Arts. His passion for art and food led him to the Texas Culinary Academy, where he received his pastry certification. Today Brad works in Round Rock, TX, handcrafting gourmet desserts.
